A Matzah stove at the Synagogue at Rezekne


The Matzah stove has been identified within the Rezekne Green Synagogue. The preservation and restoration of this unique artefact has been intended as the part of the restoration of the whole structure.

Cesis Medieval Castle Vision 2004 – 2007


Vision of the Cesis castle complex marks one of the possibilities for development, including in the active turnover not only the castle ruins, but also the bailey. By reconstructing the yard and the Gallery, access to the main levels of former wings will be established. Also it will become possible to open to the visitors the South tower, the North tower and the West tower in the Bailey.

Museum ceiling construction


During the restoration, the more detailed inspection of the Ceiling of the main Vestibule was possible. It is located on the 3rd floor of the Museum building , constructed by architect Wilhelm Neumann in 1903-1905.

LNMM: Restoration of the Pediment


Restoration of the pediment is part of the restoration works of the Museum building, designed by Lithuanian architects Processoffice. The pediment is crowing part of the main facade of the Latvian National State Museum of Art. Restoration has started in 2013.

Reconstruction of the New Castle in Aluksne

The so called New castle at Aluksne, Pils street 70 has been constructed as the living house of the dukes Vietinghof – Scheel in the style of neogothic, probably by the architect J.D.Felsko. Its stylistics is rooted in the shape of the Tudor gothic. The stucture is a listed building and part of the Aluksne manor ensemble. The object, whose designing process has lasted for more than 10 years, this year has acquired the Diploma of Recognition from the Latvian Society of Architects.
